Just in time for the fall, LMT is once again launching courses and workshops on the subject of training and fitness. In half-day and one-day events, participants (physiotherapists, sports scientists, amateur and competitive athletes) are provided with scientifically sound information and practical exercises on various topics by renowned speakers. Established methods and views are also closely analyzed and critically questioned. The aim of the Academy is to open up perspectives on all kinds of developments in the market and to sharpen the judgment of all participants. The courses on offer range from isokinetics, biomechanics, nutrition and cross-training to cardiopulmonary performance diagnostics and will be expanded in the coming weeks.
