Three-dimensional adjustment for full freedom of movement

The ATX® 3D Jammer Arms RRL-700 can be adjusted both vertically in 12 steps and horizontally in 6 steps. You can also use them in a free-swinging version. This allows you to decide for yourself whether you want to train with a fixed range of motion or make your exercises dynamic. A magnetic bolt system ensures maximum precision, allowing you to make quick and safe adjustments.

Roller system for convenient height adjustment

Thanks to the integrated roller function, height adjustment is particularly easy and precise. Ball-bearing rollers, combined with a double handle and locking bolts, make adjustment intuitive and safe - ideal if you use your rack intensively for various exercises.

Optimize your strength curve with Weight Horn

A special feature of the ATX® 3D Jammer Arms RRL-700 is the upstream weight horn. This shifts the load point to the front, which significantly improves the resistance curve for many exercises. This gives you an even more effective training stimulus and allows you to put optimum strain on your muscles. The weight horn is flexibly mounted via the hole grid and fixed in place with a quick-release screw knob.

Versatile grip options - also expandable

The multi-grips with non-slip diamond embossing give you a secure hold, whether for controlled repetitions or explosive movements. You can also equip the ATX® 3D Jammer Arms RRL-700 with optional rotating handles for even more exercise variations and grip options.

Robust construction for maximum load

Made from solid 70 x 70 x 3 mm square steel tubing and strong 6-8 mm steel plates, the ATX® 3D Jammer Arms RRL-700 are extremely resilient and can withstand a weight of up to 300 kg per pair. With a tare weight of 51 kg per pair, they impress with their stability and durability. The hard-wearing powder coating in matt black provides additional protection against wear and scratches.
