The long-established company from Münster-Sarmsheim has been working successfully in the fitness industry for over 1,200 studios for many years. Word has long since spread among operators about the very good performance and the partnership-based approach to customers. "We are of course delighted with the steady influx of new customers, but what is almost a little more important to us is the broad customer base that has been loyal to us for many years," says Alexander Kraut, who has now been responsible for the fitness industry at KOHL for nine years. ". This shows us that we do not make empty promises and that customers entrust us with their outstanding receivables out of complete conviction. We want to listen to the customer and work with them to achieve the ideal result."
Online seminars were added to KOHL's services even before the pandemic. The goal then, and still is today, was to offer customers help with everyday legal issues. "Customer care is very important to us and so we wanted to offer further support beyond pure debt collection work. Of course, it was not foreseeable that Corona would add such another intensive topic. This makes it all the more important to be in constant contact with our customers. For fitness customers, the contact persons at KOHL are reliable experts who can be relied upon: "Although we operate in a wide variety of industries, expertise in the fitness industry is very important to us. We need our specialized staff to be able to achieve the high quality standards we set for ourselves. In times of digitalization, we should nevertheless not lose personal contact."

KOHL offers different concepts for the fitness industry. "Of course, we have certain ideas about what an ideal dunning process should look like and, of course, we also make a recommendation on this, but the circumstances are different in every studio.
