2023 has only just begun and fitbox is delighted to receive its first award. On the job evaluation platform "kununu", the franchisor was once again awarded the "Top Company 2023" seal and is thus among the top 5% of the best rated employers on the platform.
The award is based on evaluations by employees and applicants, which are evaluated on the basis of defined criteria. In the process, kununu has again revised the criteria and adapted them to the current labor market situation. The provider of EMS training fitbox was able to overcome this increased hurdle and achieved this top ranking due to many initiated changes and optimizations around its own "Safe Space" employer strategy.

With this personnel policy, fitbox was able to prevail over 95% of all listed companies represented on kununu. This makes it clear: Mastering the challenge of "job satisfaction" around Generation Z has become even more important for management and HR managers.
