fitbox was founded in 2011 by Ingo Huppenbauer and Dr. Björn Schultheiss. After the first studio opening in Munich Pasing, four more own operations followed in Berlin in the period from 2012 to 2014. The franchise system was then introduced in 2015.
Meanwhile, more than 10,000 members train in the fitbox studios, where a total of around 400 employees work. With the opening of the 100th studio at the Leverkusen Opladen location, the next milestone has now been reached.
