Bodystreet is once again one of the winners of the German Customer Award. Thanks to the evaluation of its members, the EMS franchise chain landed at the top of the ranking.
Based on a nationwide, independent and representative online customer survey conducted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien mbH (DtGV), over 2,500 companies from more than 250 industries were evaluated as part of the "German Customer Awards" ceremony.
On a ten-point scale, respondents aged 18 to 65 were able to indicate their experiences on the three aspects of "customer satisfaction," "customer service" and "value for money." In the end, a total of almost 340,000 responses were received. All companies that received at least 100 ratings were included in the evaluation.
As in the previous year, Bodystreet GmbH was again able to achieve top rankings in the "German Customer Award": For the current 2022/2023 season, the company was awarded the rating "Outstanding Customer Service."
In addition, Bodystreet landed in the industry fitness studios(EMS training) in 1st place in the category "customer service".
