The trend towards athletic training is unbroken. Not least because fitness and health studios can provide this in a relatively small space within their own facilities and achieve strong customer loyalty through good quality. With aids such as kettlebells sandbags or sling trainers provide plenty of variety and new training stimuli. With the state-certified "Athletic Trainer" course, gym managers can train their employees through the BSA Academy who can then prepare their customers for the high physical demands of sport, work and everyday life. This enables them to develop individual training programs in athletic training, taking into account functional forms of training with and without aids. Athletes use the course to optimize their own training effectiveness and to reduce the risk of injury in sport, everyday life and at work. BSA qualifications combine distance learning with compact attendance phases, can be completed part-time and are financially supported and subsidized.
