To avoid gaining too much weight at Christmas, you should try Glucker Organic Almond Bar, which is a good alternative to traditional chocolate bars, because it contains many important and healthy ingredients.
The bar was developed by the training institute GluckerKolleg in cooperation with Hansemühle, a manufacturer of fine cooking oils, bars, chocolates and argan cosmetics. The idea came from Stephan Müller, the owner of GluckerKolleg, in connection with the publication of his book "Richtig essen für die Faszien".
The new bar, which incidentally does not contain chocolate, consists of high-quality ingredients such as almond flour from the first cold pressing, ground mangos, physalis and chia. Millet flakes and almond oil from our own production are also processed in it. Everything of course purely organic!
The bar can be eaten as a snack between meals or also serve as a substitute for a complete meal.
