Bodystreet received the German Fairness Award 2016 in the fitness studios category; the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) conducted a consumer survey on the topic of "fairness" together with n-tv. Around 40,000 customers were asked about 800 companies from various sectors.

Following on from 2014 and 2015, Bodystreet is also one of the award winners in 2016, making it the first fitness concept to receive the German Fairness Award for the third time in a row. The German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) presented the award together with the news channel n-tv at the Bertelsmann representative office in Berlin. The consumer survey focused on opinions in the areas of value for money, reliability and transparency. Participants were able to rate one company per sector with which they had entered into a customer relationship in the last twelve months. Bodystreet is one of the fairest companies in the fitness studio category from a customer perspective.

Matthias Lehner, Managing Director and founder of Bodystreet, is delighted with the positive feedback from his customers: "We are extremely honored that we were able to achieve the hat trick of the German Fairness Award this year. The award is particularly valuable to us as it is the result of our customers' reviews."
