Users can alternatively opt for the exclusive TNT (Technogym Neuromuscular Training) programs, developed by Technogym's research center to improve both metabolism and neuromuscular properties. In addition, there is the possibility of creating a training plan tailored to individual goals.

From a biomechanical point of view, the Technogym Ride is equipped with a real gear. The adjustable pedal cranks can be set in three positions and the "Fast Buttons" allow easy access to the different training modes (constant power, incline, FTP percentages) and use positions.

With Technogym Ride, gyms have the opportunity to target new large customer groups with the ever-growing cycling community.
