First Boxmaster training in Germany by STAR TRAC at FitStop Fulda and Landshut
Simply hitting it and letting off steam would be far too little. The Boxmaster stations from Star Trac are constructed and designed in such a way that specific boxing techniques and hit points can be trained and simulated. These two aspects were also the focus of the first training in Germany. Sandro Morelli from London and Martin Timmermann from Star Trac Germany arranged and organized a very impressive team training at FitStop in Fulda and Landshut at the beginning of October.
In-depth technique training, leg and arm work, punch heights, stepping and boxing techniques already demanded a lot from each of the eight participants.
The overall concept is a combination of boxing combinations and specific endurance with speed. Various Cross Fit elements in combination with the Boxmaster trainer ensure a high acceptance and training effect in terms of fitness for all participants. Especially women love it!
