At FIBO 2023, SCANECA presented the future update for the first time. In addition to the already existing frontal, sagittal and dorsal planes, a horizontal plane will expand the posture analysis. The new view of one's own body from above and the self-explanatory display could convince the visitors with further visual information about themselves.
CO-Founder and lead software developer Anton Jirka, together with his team, enabled a complementary top-view analysis of the longitudinal axis, which makes rotational deviations in the body visible. For example, in addition to foot position, a possible internal or external rotation deviation of the knees or pelvis can be visualized. To have a more accurate view, the cross-sectional height of the body can be manually adjusted and the view can be fine-tuned.
