These companies filed for insolvency a few weeks ago. The asset deal strengthens proxomed's business activities in the D-A-CH region.
As a result, the medical technology company proxomed and prevention market, proxomed is further expanding its product portfolio, service offering and logistics in Germany and Switzerland.

For the Managing Director of proxomed Medizintechnik GmbH, Antoni Mora, the significance of the merger of the two companies is greater than a purely economic consideration: "I was deeply moved by what happened to our competitor LMT. I regret this situation and I sympathize with everyone involved. Ever since I first met Gregor Hüni a long time ago, I have held him in great esteem and admiration.
