These include the new Bowflex Body™ line, which offers versatile nutritional supplements, as well as the smart Bowflex®SelectTech® 560 dumbbell and a completely new line of proven cardio equipment designed specifically for home workouts.
Bowflex Body™ - Nutrition made easy
Bowflex Body™ shakes were developed by renowned chemists and offer different positive effects depending on the flavor: They can stimulate the metabolism, support the immune system, build muscle, burn calories and provide the body with new energy.
The vanilla shake, for example, contains high-quality protein and fiber, important nutrients and antioxidants. Other flavors are specifically designed for weight loss, wellness or muscle building. The shakes can be taken before or after a workout and as a dietary supplement or meal replacement. In addition to vanilla, shakes available include chocolate, berry or peanut butter flavors.
The Bowflex®SelectTech® 560 dumbbell - a new world of training
The innovative Bowflex®SelectTech® 560 dumbbell is equipped with the latest technology and has a unique design through which the dumbbell can be individually adjusted to a weight. Thus, instead of 32 dumbbells, you only need 2 Bowflex®SelectTech® 560 dumbbells for a workout that offers a wide range of possibilities. A big advantage especially for home use is certainly the space saving.
However, the dumbbells offer many more possibilities thanks to the latest technology: Among other things, they measure the number and repetitions of exercises, speed and calorie consumption. The values can then also be shared with friends via an available app for iOS and Android. The app also offers a whole range of workout videos through which you can motivate yourself anew.
Nautilus cardio equipment - training with state-of-the-art technology
A new series of the proven Nautilus cardio equipment was also introduced, these are elliptical trainers, treadmills, recumbent bikes and indoor cycles with the latest technology specifically designed for home use.
The devices feature a Dual Track™ display, Bluetooth as well as a training app. Furthermore, there will be about 20 customizable workout programs as well as the ability to share measured data such as workout duration, distance traveled, calories burned and the like with friends via the app.
