IST-Studieninstitut: Part-time further training for the fitness industry will become even more flexible this year
Learning independently of time and place is a major advantage for many working people when they decide to undertake further professional training. Flexibility is usually a decisive argument in favor of distance learning. At the same time, the desire for personal advice and support is growing.
The IST has responded to this development by making some courses even more flexible. From now on, the study booklets for the further education courses "Sports and Fitness Training", "Medical Fitness Training A License", "Fitness Training B License" and "Sports Nutrition B License" will no longer be sent out monthly, but participants will receive packages with several thematically sorted study booklets at different intervals. This allows them to organize their time even more individually and learn exactly when their own schedule allows.
In addition, there are now several seminar dates to choose from at the Düsseldorf, Munich and Berlin locations.
Despite distance learning, the IST does not leave its customers alone. As part of further flexibilization, an extended support period has been introduced. This means that the IST team remains in close contact with graduates for up to nine months after the end of the contract and is available to answer any questions. For the participants, all these innovations mean that the curriculum is largely geared towards their personal needs and not the other way around.
Sports and fitness training
This course is a comprehensive basic training course after which the participants are able to develop nutrition plans, create the right training program for each client and take medical conditions into account. This basic training course, which lasts around 13 months, includes the "Fitness Training B License", "Sports Nutrition B License" and "Medical Fitness Training A License" licenses.
Medical fitness training A license
In this further training course, participants gain important basic knowledge about clinical pictures and how these should be taken into account in fitness training. In which week after an injury do you train and how intensively? Which equipment can be used? Which muscle groups can be worked and how hard? Answers to these and other questions can be found in this A license.
Sports nutrition B license
If you want to know how to improve athletic performance through targeted training in combination with the right nutrition, this is the right course for you. In just three months, participants gain important know-how for both endurance sports and muscle building.
Fitness training B license
The shortest way for lateral and newcomers to gain recognized training for working on the training floor. It is also an ideal basis for numerous A licenses.
