Personalized nutrition subscription provider bioniq acquires smart fitness mirror manufacturer VAHA to expand further with personalized health.


bioniq is adding VAHA, which stands for personalized workouts in front of a fitness mirror, to its portfolio. Also part of the deal are 35 design patents that provide users with personalized workouts. bioniq CEO Vadim Fedotov calls the acquisition a glimpse into the future of personalized wellness solutions and home fitness, which is driven by data and innovation.

Currently, bioniq operates in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France and the Netherlands. In 2023, the company plans to expand to the U.S., Qatar, Kuwait and Kazakhstan.
