Life Fitness connects studios, trainers and exercisers even more closely with its new fitness cloud HALO. Among other things, studio operators can use the software to give their members personalized recommendations for training programs. They get an overview of their members' training activities and can react early on if there are signs of waning motivation. "The key to success is the combination of professional data analysis and personal support," says Jason Worthy, Vice President of Digital Solutions at Life Fitness. "After all, you don't achieve close customer engagement through technology alone." The HALO Cloud also makes it easier to maintain the company's equipment fleet.
