Innovative Partnerschaft von milon und MYAIRBAG zur Verbesserung der Krebstherapie

The modern concept of integrating strength and endurance training into cancer treatment represents a significant change from traditional methods, which were mainly based on rest. Today's approaches use evidence-based training to effectively alleviate typical cancer consequences such as fatigue, polyneuropathy and pain.

Back in 2012, milon donated a strength and endurance circuit to Prof. Dr. Freerk Baumann from the Center for Integrated Oncology in Cologne for research purposes. MYAIRBAG, which specializes in training therapists and providing information on training therapies for oncology patients, complements this commitment.

Bernhard-Stefan Müller, Managing Director of milon, expresses his enthusiasm for the partnership with MYAIRBAG and emphasizes the common goal of improving the quality of life of cancer patients. In cooperation with the CIO Cologne and the AG Oncological Movement Medicine, MYAIRBAG offers the latest research findings for the training area. milon supports the Oncological Training and Movement Therapy (OTT®) of the University Hospital Cologne as a consulting partner and contributes its advanced training technology and expertise in the medical market.

All milon Q devices are registered as active medical devices in accordance with the current Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and are suitable for medical use. Jörg Geppert, Managing Director of MYAIRBAG, praises the excellent quality of the milon devices and the company's system expertise.

The official signing of the cooperation agreement took place on January 16, 2024 and marks the beginning of a new chapter in supporting cancer patients with innovative training solutions.
