Berthold Mayer has been running a carpenter's workshop in Bad Säckingen on the Swiss border since 1993. The passion and love for wood as well as his expertise is known far beyond the borders of Bad Säckingen. Since 2012, the master carpenter and his team of 15 have been manufacturing the equipment for "fle-xx backbone concept". In 2020, Berthold Mayer took over the complete direct sales, manufacturing, service and assembly of the fle-xx equipment and integrated this into his company GYMwood.

Despite the demand for stretching and flexibility exercises in gyms and physiotherapy practices, there is often a lack of space for them, so the master carpenter came up with the idea of displaying the exercises made possible by the fle-xx circuit on a wall. This resulted in a space-saving alternative to the circuit - the GYMwall.

Now GYMwood is presenting its innovations at FIBO 2023. The innovative combination of high-quality and natural wooden training equipment and modern 13.3 inch touchscreen monitors.

The GYMwall goes digital, making it the first digital training wall made of wood, metal and electric mobility modules with an integrated 13.3 inch touchscreen. Personal settings and training successes are stored. The wall automatically adjusts the dimensions. Light and vibration signals indicate optimal workout and break times. It offers 7 mobility modules and fascia station on only 3m².

In addition, the GYM-e5 will be presented for the first time at booth A46 in hall 7.

Five exercises on approx. 1m² (hip, chest, adductor, latissimus, gluteus) as well as the combination of the high-quality and natural wooden construction, the modern 13.3 inch touch screen and the electric mobility module make the GYM-e5 a space-saving miracle.

Settings and training successes are also stored here. The GYM-e5 sets the appropriate measurements, light and vibration signals indicate the optimal training and break times.
