Core Health & Fitness introduced its latest generation of indoor cycling bikes at FIBO: Schwinn X and Schwinn Z.

The new Schwinn X and Schwinn Z bikes offer course participants the simplest operation with an authentic riding experience. Instructors benefit from numerous new design options for motivating, attractive course lessons.

"My conclusion on the new bike: NO LIMITS. Puristic, sexy, jet black and yet so colorful. The new bike convinces with its simple stunning elegance and its unique technology."

Christina Gregori, Lead Master Instructor

Training in the zones allows the instructor to motivate his participants in four different ways:

  • All those who want to train classically without technique have the bike to go with it
  • Instructors who want to design their course using cadence can easily do so using the matching colors and their music
  • Instructors who want to work with heart rate oriented training in the zones can use the color zones
  • Instructors who prefer to workout with wattage or FTP values can use the colors in the different FTP color zones as a guide

The new X-Bikes are "technology-free" and primarily address the target group that focuses on "classic" experience-oriented group training. The new Z-Bikes, on the other hand, use the possibilities of the newly designed training console with individual training zones. Coaching with the Z-Bike is based on exact performance parameters and allows participants to "ride through" four individual performance zones. The LED displays in green, yellow, orange and red that light up next to the flywheel are much more than just an attractive eye-catcher, but help course participants achieve their individual goals.
