The new UpperCycle GX is an upper body ergometer that is ideal for group training and the rowing machines and indoor cycling bikes from Life Fitness for full-body endurance training. The cranking motion of the UpperCycle GX strengthens the torso, arms, shoulders and heart. The device works with water resistance and is suitable for exercisers of all abilities - for beginners as well as for HIIT units and is also easily accessible for wheelchair users.
HD Athletic Bridge is the latest addition to the Hammer Strength HD product line. It is a system that combines rigs, racks and new perimeter elements from HD Athletic in such a way that plenty of training space and room for movement remains free for a varied workout. In addition to many configuration options, Bridge also offers storage space for equipment such as weight plates, free weights and kettlebells.
