The world's first non-alcoholic protein beer has been launched: The young company JoyBräu, winner of the FIBO INNOVATION & TREND AWARD 2018, invested two years of development time in cooperation with TU Berlin. The barley juice has been available online for several months. The developers' claim is to produce a "real" beer, with amino acids brewed in. The protein content per bottle (0.33 l) is 21 grams. Of this, 19% consists of BCAA, which are helpful for regeneration after sports. JoyBräu provides a good taste and the athlete can enjoy his beer after training without a guilty conscience.
