The acquisition is planned as a share deal.

This will allow operations to continue without interruption.
The buyer will not incur any brokerage commissions.

Key Financial Data
Return on Investment: The company is already operating profitably. Based on current financial figures, the annual operating profit before interest and depreciation is approximately €115,000–120,000. The ongoing expansion of the therapeutic team offers significant additional revenue and profit potential for the coming years.
