Description
For personal reasons, selling a TOP equipped EMS studio incl. existing customer base in a prime location in the southwest of Munich.
The catchment area has over 50,000 inhabitants (excluding people who work locally) and has an excellent mix of high quality residential and office properties. The south of Munich is growing rapidly. A new campus for living and working is being built in the directly adjacent Neuried.

A new rental agreement can be concluded. Current term until 12/2025 with option for the tenant to extend unilaterally. It has been discussed with the landlord that a new tenant is welcome to take over.
