EMS studio with a solid customer base for sale in Mainz

For private reasons, our EMS fitness studio in Mainz (top location) is for sale. The studio, which has been in operation since 2012, has a permanent membership base of 97 people, of whom only 7 have currently terminated their contracts. The average monthly net turnover is between EUR 7,500 and 8,000. There is no lease for equipment or inventory; all items are paid in full. The lease runs until June 30, 2024, and without a buyer, the studio will close. The handover will take place without staff, although the current partner, who last ran the studio with his wife, is prepared to provide support during the transition phase. A takeover of the brand license (€ 750 monthly net costs) is optional; the license agreement ends at the end of the year anyway.

The premises cover around 185 square meters including ancillary areas and offer 2 showers as well as a counter with water connection and sink (€ 1930 including ancillary costs plus electricity). The following inventory is included in the purchase price:

- An Xbody machine including accessories for training up to three people at the same time

- 11 Xbody Beat suits and associated accessories

- A stable membership base with 97 contracts

- Four changing rooms with full equipment

A Wave spray station and other extensive equipment such as an EMS sprayer, various training devices (e.g. cross-trainer, TRX trainer), extensive kitchen and office equipment and several TV sets
