This is the best way to clean your barbell bar:

1. First remove the dirt particles from the barbell bar using the nylon brush (optional accessory).
2. Spread a small amount of ATX® Barbell Oil evenly over the barbell.
3. Now brush the oil into the knurling and spread it over the entire surface.
4. Finally, thoroughly wipe off any oil residue with a dry, lint-free cloth.
