Premium experience for the gluteal muscles - Panatta Hip Thrust

4 Ratings

The Panatta Hip Thrust is designed according to the most modern criteria of biomechanics and ergonomics, guarantees the correct posture of the back and allows to perform the pushing movement of the hips more practical and efficient than the exercise with the barbell. This is more comfortable, especially with large loads.

The innovative device complements the wide range of Panatta equipment for training the back of the thighs and enables targeted training on the buttocks. Thus, the classic hip thrust exercise can be reproduced in the supine position with the barbell.

Training mit dem Panatta Hip Thrust

Intensive training of the pomus muscles

In this exercise the thigh muscles are trained, but with a specific activation of the buttocks. Thanks to the knee flexion, the use of the thighs is reduced and the isolation of the gluteus maximus is promoted. The hip thrust exercise can be performed either bilaterally with both thighs or unilaterally to obtain an even greater stimulus on the gluteus maximus and the hip stabilizing muscles. In either case, exercise performance requires core stability control to ensure proper back posture.

The Panatta Hip Thrust consists of four basic elements: a central seat where the user sits in the initial phase to assume the start position, a large height-adjustable footrest platform (extra), a comfortable adjustable pressure roller that allows easy entry and exit from the machine, and a tilting backrest that follows the user's movement during exercise.

The Hip Thrust creates an ascending load curve that allows for efficient and physiological training of the gluteal muscles while simultaneously extending the hips and trunk, opening and closing the hip joint.
