How do we manufacture fitness equipment in GP Koncept:
- The machine is completely disassembled
- Then the structural elements of the machine go to the paint shop where they are sandblasted and painted.
- Replacement or reconditioning of key components such as the motor, bearings, telemetry measurement modules, power cables, etc. takes place.
- Electronic components of the control panel are checked, tested and replaced if necessary.
- Damaged or worn plastic components are replaced with new ones.
- The latest software is uploaded.
- Finally, the machine undergoes a thorough performance test.
- Visually and technically, the machine is no different from new.
