With a wide range of indications in orthopedics and rehabilitation with low application costs

Product description:

The high-energy PHYSIOIMPACT-Expert enables targeted, gentle and effective extracorporeal shock wave therapy. In addition to the entry via indication and trigger point index or the patient database, all parameters can also be selected individually.

Outstanding is the intelligent coupling of shock wave intensity and treatment frequency in alternating or stepped treatment. During a treatment cycle, there is a continuous controlled change of intensity and frequency, which allows a treatment that is gentle to the cells. The self-healing powers of the organism can be stimulated already during the treatment, which could be shown by tolerating higher energies.

The ergonomic handpiece with superior material properties can be used with four different sized applicator attachments, which are specially adapted to the different indications:

Applicator XXLP, 36 mm

- for cellulite, sagging skin, stretch marks

- for lymphatic drainage with high frequency and low pressure level

Applicator LM, 20 mm

- for deep skin lesions, cellulite, for training large muscle groups

Applicator MM, 14 mm

- for pain therapy, trigger point therapy, large calcifications, for training medium sized muscles

Applicator SM, 12 mm

- for calcium deposits, pain therapy, trigger point therapy, for training medium-sized muscles

Therapy information:

Shock waves act on a large area of the pathologically changed parts of the body and specifically accelerate the self-healing process. Metabolism is improved and local blood circulation is increased, allowing inflamed or damaged tissue to regenerate more quickly. Painful calcium deposits in joints can also be dissolved with shock wave treatment, so that they can be absorbed by the body over time and transported away and excreted via the lymphatic system. Another area of application is the treatment of trigger points. Trigger points are thickened, pain-sensitive areas on muscles and tendons. They are often the cause of pain that does not necessarily occur near the trigger point, but is localized in completely different regions of the body (distant triggers).

Selected applications:

Shockwave therapy has an enormously wide range of applications. Among other things, it is ideally suited for the treatment of: Epicondylitis, plantar fasciitis, patellar tendinitis.
