Created with skiers in mind, it quickly gained "fans" in fitness clubs, gyms, and CrossFitness boxes. It is ideal for interval training. During exercise, it engages 80% of the body's muscles. The functional work of the upper rim and back is coordinated with the buttock muscles, leg muscles, and the calves work harder when climbing on the toes. The correct technique also strengthens the core, being a real test for stabilizing muscles. During one workout you work on fitness, strength, coordination, and stabilization. NPG Ski can be used for both bipolar and classic techniques with alternating arm movements. People can use it successfully with mobility restrictions.
