The MINDZMOVE Basic Grove is the perfect device for all micro studios that want to offer the most important mobility exercises in a small space!

The BASIC GROVE allows you to perform the most important biokinematic exercises on a single device, including rotation, and therefore covers all dimensions of movement. You can also use it for countless other exercises - completely without the hassle of rebuilding. This offers you and your clients maximum flexibility with minimum effort and minimal space requirements.
