The positive bench allows effective chest muscle training. A solid and extremely stable frame construction of the incline bench, ensures safety during the workout. The support pins for the dumbbell bar, can be locked in three heights and thus allow a very precise adjustment to the arm length. The height-adjustable seat and comfortable bench with material reinforcement in the head area, supports the back throughout the exercise. An integrated standing surface for spotters, with non-slip covering, guarantees a secure footing when belaying. Four weight holders provide enough space for storage of weight plates on the positive bench.

The equipment frame is made of 4mm thick steel, sandblasted, and powder coated in any color (according to RAL) according to the customer's wishes .
