The GymFloor® vulcanized solid rubber protection slab with a thickness of 17 mm is the ideal solution for all areas with high loads - whether in the gym, in functional training, in weights zones or in commercial areas. Made from high-density natural rubber, this protective tile is extremely durable, has a high density and a long-lasting, professional puzzle system.

With a material density of over 1500 kg/m³, the GymFloor® protective tile is one of the most durable flooring solutions in the fitness and industrial sectors. The vulcanization of the solid rubber creates an exceptionally dense structure that does not allow any pressure point indentations - even under constant high loads from dumbbells or heavy fitness equipment.

The textured surface offers optimum slip resistance, is abrasion-resistant and easy to clean. The board also meets the highest requirements in terms of fire protection: Flame retardant in accordance with EN 13501-1 / Cfl-s1 (B1) and REACH-certified - for maximum safety in indoor and outdoor areas.

Quick installation thanks to the jigsaw system - no gluing required

Thanks to the practical 1 x 1 meter format and the precise puzzle interlocking system, GymFloor® solid rubber protective tiles can be laid quickly, without adhesive and on almost any solid surface. Whether concrete, screed, tiles, wood or solid carpet - the elastic underside effortlessly compensates for slight unevenness. Additionally available edge and corner elements with a beveled raised edge ensure a clean transition without tripping hazards.
