These high-quality vulcanized solid rubber sheets made of natural rubber have a high density of +1500 kg/m3 and are virtually indestructible.

The sheets are REACH-certified and are subject to fire protection class Cfl-s1 (B1) / EN 13501-1 - flame retardant.

The original GymFloor® Elephant puzzle tiles are made for the toughest and most durable use. Whether for weightlifting, in heavy-duty barbell areas or in functional dropping zones, this protective flooring provides optimum cushioning and reliable protection for surfaces and equipment.

The solid solid rubber tiles are highly compacted (1500 kg / m³) and extremely break-proof and durable, as well as being easy to install and very easy to clean.

The solid rubber puzzle tiles have a very abrasion-resistant and non-slip surface with a dense dot structure and the underside has a longitudinal wave profile, which serves as a buffer zone, among other things, so the tile provides excellent shock absorption even under the heaviest point loads, e.g. when dropping dumbbells.

Thanks to the practical basic format of 1 m x 1 m and the puzzle system, the tiles can be laid very easily and quickly on almost any surface without pre-treatment - no gluing necessary.

This means that the flooring surfaces can be laid freely in the room with virtually no offsets or tripping hazards at flooring transitions or on existing coverings and subfloors.

Installation:

Loose laying on all solid substrates such as concrete, asphalt, screed, wood, tiles,

laminate, short and firm carpet and plastic coverings.

The resilient flooring easily compensates for minor unevenness or floor cracks.

Precise longitudinal cuts or recesses can be made using a hand saw or jigsaw.

Due to the high dead weight of the tiles and the practical, tight-fitting puzzle interlocking, the tiles are extremely slip-resistant.
