The 7.0S Recumbent Stepper MED enables training for arms, legs or a combination of both. The exercise unit can be flexibly adapted:

The adjustable handles adapt to the natural wrist movement in terms of length and angle.
The handle coating ensures a secure grip - even with limited gripping function.
The comfortably padded seat can be moved horizontally or tilted backwards to ensure an optimal sitting position and relieve pressure on the joints.
The semi-recumbent training position protects the hips, knees and ankles from overloading.

The seat can be rotated through 360°, making it easier for all users to get on and off, especially those with limited mobility or for supervised training by care and specialist staff.

Structured training with therapeutic objectives

Whether for mobilization, coordination support or muscle building - the 7.0S MED offers tried-and-tested programs for different therapeutic objectives. The intensity can be set in small increments and is therefore finely adjustable. Thanks to the elimination of movement asymmetries via bilateral measurements, targeted, even training sessions can be carried out for both sides of the body.

Patients with limited leg mobility benefit from the separate upper body training, which specifically strengthens the trunk and arm muscles and improves endurance at the same time.
