The 3-in-1 device

With the practical Leg Raise/Chin Dip Station three types of exercise are possible: "Chin ups" pull-ups for the back, Leg Raises for the abdomen and Dips for the chest muscles. Thus, the upper body is effectively trained with only one device.

The machine features 2 asymmetrically placed steps so that truly any exerciser can safely reach the higher handles. The structural design of the frame provides great stability, while the fresh design creates a motivating workout ambience.
