Cycling against air resistance
The BikeErg has the same wind wheel and performance monitor as the Concept2 Indoor Rower and the SkiErg, offering the same features and benefits that rowers and cross-country skiers already appreciate. The BikeErg works with air resistance generated by the wind wheel. This resistance principle enables a smooth, directly responsive and quiet ride. The air flap adjustment on the BikeErg works like the gears on a bicycle. Unlike most bicycle ergometers, the BikeErg is equipped with a freewheel, just like a normal bicycle. The Performance Monitor allows you to customize your training and provides immediate feedback during training with a wide range of display modes. This makes it possible to precisely measure performance, monitor training progress and compare performance values with other BikeErg users.
