The comfortable dimensions offer optimum freedom of movement and ensure optimum stability, while the rubberized protective feet protect the floor and are non-slip. The rubberized J-hooks protect the barbell bar when it is put down and reduce noise. The safety pin pipes with reinforced overhang tube ensure quick and easy handling. The integrated straight pull-up bar enables many classic grip variations. The system perforations on all sides with tried-and-tested hole grid - hole Ø 21 mm - center distance 5 cm, ensures the safe and optimum adjustment of J-hooks, emergency racks and optional accessories. The ATX-LTO-520 lat pull-down device is an inexpensive yet highly functional lat pull-down option with weight plate holder for attachment to the above-mentioned equipment. Despite its lightweight design, the device is very robust and can support weights of up to 140 kg! Due to the direct weight ratio of 1:1, there is no loss of load/no bottle effect! Pulling exercises can be performed using the upper and lower pulley without conversion. The weight carriage runs on a chrome-plated square tube and is fitted with special sliding strips. The pulleys are mounted on ball bearings and the plastic-coated steel cables are stretch-free, ensuring smooth and jerk-free running. The pre-tension of the traction cables can be precisely adjusted via the pulley unit. Two support plates for supporting the feet during seated rowing exercises are included in the scope of delivery, as is an extension chain for attaching various pull handles. Equipped as standard with weight plate holders with a diameter of 30 mm, the device can be quickly and easily upgraded to 50 mm with our optionally available adapters (item no.: BB-OA-250-PVC)
