Thanks to the latest XTP® manufacturing technology - Made in Germany - an ultra-fine steel structure is produced which significantly improves the properties of the steel and offers an unprecedented level of resistance. The result is barbells with the highest dynamic load capacity, which are superior to all other barbells on the market!

But the steel is not the only exceptional feature of the new XTP® dumbbell bars made in Germany.

We produce exactly the knurling you want on our own state-of-the-art CNC knurling machines! Ask in advance for our sample case with 5 different knurling patterns and choose your perfect grip! (**For a nominal fee, amount will be refunded or offset on return).

XTP® - Xtreme Performance Technology

Xtreme Performance Technology is a new type of thermomechanical process in which the structure of the starting material is compacted ultra-fine using heat and force.

Energy + force = ultra-fine-grained steel

The XTP process uses targeted temperature control to create an extremely homogeneous steel structure with grain sizes of less than 5 µm,

which are retained even after massive forming.

By creating an ultra-fine-grained steel microstructure, the actually opposing properties of "high strength" and "excellent toughness" of standard materials are significantly improved. The result is an ultra-fine-grained steel that emerges victorious in any test of strength.
