The ATX® Short Multi Grip Bar is particularly suitable for training the biceps/triceps and chest muscles. The 30° inclined grip position relieves the joints, especially during tighter press variations such as tricep presses or bench presses.
The flat, straight design means that the dumbbell can be used on both sides, allowing 4 different grip variations. The sturdy design made of thick-walled oval profile steel tubing and solid steel weight plate holder guarantees maximum load capacity.
Suitable for all standard weight plates with a 30/31 mm hole.
