The ATX® Cross Runner not only offers a real running experience, but also enables invigorating hill simulations thanks to the large support bar and the additional resistance setting. The non-motorized treadmill with a concave slatted running surface is driven solely by the manual running motion of the runner.

The running speed is therefore determined by the runner's own pace. The achievable speed is practically unlimited. Accelerations and changes of pace can be carried out naturally, just like in free running. In addition, the running resistance can be increased quickly and easily using the magnetic brake system.

Walking training, intensive sprint training, heavy uphill training or lateral balance training (shuffle) are all part of the wide range of applications for this high-quality training device. The extra-wide running surface and the wide railing guarantee maximum comfort and safety.

OVERVIEW OF THE FUNCTIONS

(1) RESET/GO

When set, you can use this button to reset the time, distance and calories.

(2) BODY BOLD

In non-movement mode, this button is used to access or exit the weight parameter settings.

(3) MODE

You can use this button to switch the display or select the settings window.

(4) UP/ RECOVER

In the set state: Use this button to increase the time, distance, calories and temperature of the corresponding window.

(5) DOWN

When set, this button is used to decrease the time, distance, calories and temperature of the corresponding window.

(6) TIME/ BMI

A: Displays the time.

B: The exercise time can be set in advance. When approaching the set time, the device triggers a 10-second alarm, and the maximum time setting is 99 minutes.

(7) DISTANCE

A: Distance movement display with a range of 0.00 - 9.99 - 99.9 km.

B: The movement distance can be set in advance. When approaching the set distance, a 10-second prompt appears on the display. The maximum distance that can be set is 99.9 kilometers.

(8) CALORIES / TEMPERATURE

A: Shows the movement of calories in the range of 0.00 - 9.99 - 99.9 kcal.

B: The calorie consumption value can be set in advance. When approaching the set value, an alarm is shown on the display for 10 seconds.

C: Displays the room temperature.

Displays the current speed in the range of 0.0 - 99.9 km/h.
