This effective accessory is quickly and easily compatible with all ATX® Rig's and the following Power Racks from the ATX® series:
ATX Rig's - 800 Series
600, 700 and 800 Series Power Racks
600, 700 and 800 Series Half Racks
Just like its big brother, the ATX® Belt Squat Machine, the ATX® Belt Squat Option enables effective knee flexion training with significantly reduced strain on the back and knees compared to conventional knee flexion training and machines.
Training with a belt squat option or machine allows the upper body to be held fully upright during training and the legs to be placed in an optimal position. Furthermore, the weight load is transferred directly from the hips to the leg muscles via the training belt (supplied / priced without training belt), which completely relieves the entire back and spine. Other exercise variations such as lunges or other exercises such as bent-over rowing and deadlifts can also be performed excellently with the weight arm.
The ATX® Belt Squat Option can be quickly and easily mounted on the respective post (without additional tools!) and is therefore quickly ready for use.
The Belt Squat Option can also be folded up to save space.
