The Air350 Bi-axial Upper Back has a unique design with unilateral/bilateral movement. Designed for superior upper back isolation and with an adjustable chest support, this helps stabilize the training position while encouraging the "elbows out" position to ensure upper back contact throughout the movement. The unique single-sided option promotes symmetry by ensuring the stronger side does not compensate for the weaker side.
