The Keiser Air300 Seated Calf is a unique machine designed to train explosive power in the lower legs. The unilateral option and ability to train at high speeds provide better results in sport-specific training. The foot pedal clamps around the ankle for better range of motion, while the machine automatically adjusts to leg length.
