The Air250 Lower Back is the essential and complementary partner of the Air250 Abdominal. The machine provides the important strengthening of the Erector Spinae (long back muscle). A weak Erector Spinae is the cause of many back problems. Keiser engineers have designed a machine with easy entry and reduced the number of adjustments needed to train. The restraining strap comfortably holds the pelvis in the correct position.
