XBody: New wireless EMS system for physiotherapy

3 Ratings

After XBody has previously developed a wireless EMS system for the fitness market, now follows a new wireless EMS device for the physiotherapy industry, approved for medical use.

With the new wireless EMS system, the benefits of wireless training can now also be used in the physiotherapy industry. The technical features have been extended for the physio sector. Among other things, the TENS frequency, which is used in pain therapy, for example, can now be mapped through a wider frequency range and deeper intensities can be run as required through a greater frequency depth.

In 2016, the separation between the operating device and the stimulation device was completed with the first wireless system. The stimulation device, which the customer wears on the body, is offered by a likewise new portable tablet system. The advantage of the tablet version, according to XBody, is mobility, which allows exercisers to carry the system with them both in the office and on home visits .
