SKILLROW celebrated its official market launch at FIBO 2017 - the first indoor rowing machine designed to simultaneously improve anaerobic performance, aerobic capacity (VO2max) and neuromuscular capabilities simultaneously.
Natural rowing motion with virtual features
SKILLROW offers a fluid and natural rowing motion with AQUAFEEL. While the ergometer imitates the rowing stroke in the water, AQUAFEEL simulates uniform resistance as the rope tension does not slacken. This enables a more homogeneous movement sequence and reduces the strain on the body.
Furthermore, the MULTIDRIVE Technology (patent pending) allows the user to select an additional three-stage resistance in addition to the air resistance. This enables a quick change from a pure cardiovascular workout to a strengthening strength and endurance training simulated.
As a sub-discipline of functional training SKILLROW is also suitable for training groups in order to basic endurance and improved intramuscular coordination and intramuscular coordination. In the group, SKILLROW offers all participants the opportunity to row together and synchronously and to compete against each other using the real-time display of training values on large screens.
