New XBT Training Belt: Feel the Resistance!

First introduced at FIBO 2016, the XBT training belt has already been voted among the eleven most exciting FIBO fitness trends by Men's Health 2017. The training device from the company POWRX, which is a mixture of a belt and spring pulleys, offers an intense and sweat-inducing workout for the whole body. From functional training to boxing - versatile!

The XBT is a training belt equipped with spring balancers, which is attached to the hips and connected to the arms and legs of the trainee via hand and foot loops - without any loss of freedom of movement! The resistance of the spring balancers must be overcome with every movement, which requires a great deal of strength and thus the arms and legs optimally trains the arms and legs.

It is possible to adjust the pulling force on the hand straps in ten different steps (up to three kilograms) depending on the individual fitness level. The traction weight can be readjusted at any time if one step is no longer sufficient. The resistance for the legs, however, is not adjustable and always remains the same, at five kilograms.

The XBT can be used in a variety of ways, so it can be found in the following areas functional training, Martial Arts and group fitness as well as in vibration training or jumping fitness. It can also be integrated into the training of soccer, handball or volleyball to create variety.

The training belt is also of interest to physiotherapists and is used as additional support in the therapy area therapy. Due to its function and mode of action, the XBT can promote the recovery and health of patients.

Burn calories with the XBT

No matter if Squats, kicks, punches, jumps or other functional exercises - with just one piece of training equipment, strength, Endurance, coordination and speed are increased and thus fitness is improved. Since the spring resistance must be overcome with each movement, a lot of power is used, which promotes calorie consumption as well as fat burning. The XBT enables an effective whole-body workout and achieves good results in a very short time with training sessions of 30 minutes (for example, three times a week). Tightening of the connective tissue and muscles is also quickly visible.

Since the XBT is suitable for group fitness, you as a studio operator can integrate it wonderfully into your fitness courses. Many courses can be redesigned with the training belt and thus made more varied. The first studios have already been offering XBT courses since the summer.
