CyberPräventionThe fitness industry is booming: More than 10 million people in Germany are members of fitness studios - and competition among studios is also increasing. No wonder: virtual fitness makes you flexible - the training is available around the studio opening hours and motivates on a quality that is always consistent. His enterprise supplies more than 400 Fitnessstudios, hotels and Physiotherapiepraxen in German-speaking countries with CyberFitness installations and the pertinent films. The back coaching sessions can be offered in all studios that take out licenses - or can be streamed by members in front of their TV at home.

Virtual prevention courses hit a sensitive nerve in today's society

According to their own statements, almost every third adult in Germany has back problems all the time or often. A further third states to have occasionally complaints. CyberConcept is thus providing the right answer to widespread illnesses against the backdrop of an increasingly aging society. The prevention courses are aimed primarily at people who want to keep their backs fit in the long term and prevent illness. A real-life trainer guides the participants in several modules via screen and beamer and explains in detail how the back can be protected despite everyday stresses. "Our trainers are all intensively trained and professionally educated. They know how movements are optimally guided and are aware of the special features of strengthening gymnastics for back muscles," Jürgens reports. Demographic developments are also bringing about changes in the age structure of fitness and health facilities. The demand for rehabilitative offers is steadily increasing - and is developing into an important competitive advantage for fitness studios. As the age of those exercising increases, so does the demand for health-promoting offerings. Thus, age-appropriate offers with a preventive and rehabilitative character will gain more importance in fitness facilities in the future.
