Core Training for a strong torso

But what is core training anyway? The word "core" stands for "core" or "middle" and it is precisely on this part of the body that the focus of core training lies: on the muscles in the middle of the body, i.e. the torso. Core training belongs to the area of functional training and specifically trains the parts between the diaphragm and the hips. These are the muscles that connect the upper and lower body and are responsible for the power transmission of these two body regions.

Core training not only strengthens the body, but also trains coordination and balance through permanent balancing movements. That is why nowadays this form of training is suitable for beginners as well as for competitive athletes. It is possible to train the muscles in the entire trunk very specifically. In this way, the muscles can work together efficiently and the power from the center of the body can be optimally transferred to other parts of the body. An increase in performance is the result. Core training can also combat back pain. A strong core not only improves posture, but also provides more stability in the spine. This in turn effectively alleviates and prevents back pain. Core training has a preventive effect against injuries. The better your balance and coordination, the more confident you will be in your movements, both in everyday life and in sports.
